The operator fills in the application form and forwards it to CERES. 操作员填写申请表而且转寄它到CERES。 4. CERES sends a quotation, the contract, Registration Form, the information form „Steps to follow for GLOBALGAP-certification" as well as the Standard Inspection Procedure. CERES送报价，契约，登记表，信息表，需要遵守的GLOBALGAP认证程序以及标准的检验程序。 5. If the operator accepts the offer, he will transfer 50 % of the offer value prior to the inspection and forward the signed contract and registration form back to CERES. 如果操作员接受了这些东西,他将会在检验之前转交50% 的报价而且把被签署的契约和登记表转寄回CERES。 6. CERES assigns the GLOBALGAP Registration Number, notifies it to the GLOBALGAP Secretariat and pays the registration fee. .CERES分配GLOBALGAP登记号, 把登记号通知给EurepGAP秘书处然后支付注册费用。 7. Before the external inspection is carried out the operator performs a self inspect­ion using the GLOBALGAP Checklist.
