液体电阻起动柜

一、       概述

高压交流电动机液态软起动柜适用于额定电压为3~10KV大、中型同步或异步电动机的软起动。在静态工作条件下，与电抗器性能相同；在动态工作条件下，可实现无级的连续起动。由于其利用液体电阻的负温度特性，使电机的端电压逐步上升，起动转矩也逐步增加，因而电机起动比较平稳。特别是该系统结构简单、可靠性强，不仅经济实用，而且安装和操作简单、维护方便。
它广泛应用于冶金、建材、矿山、石化、供水、电力行业等的泵类、风机、压缩机、破碎机、皮带传输机等各大、中容量高压电机的重载起动，是传统的电抗器降压起动、直接起动的理想的替代产品。
二 工作原理
该装置是在电机定子回路中串可变液体电阻的一种降压起动方式，即随着主电动机的起动，装置自动改变液体电阻动、定极板之间的间距，使电阻线性均匀减小，电机端电压均匀提高的一种起动方式。
主机起动结束后，软起动装置从主回路中完全脱离或处于零电位，活动极板自动复位，为下次起动作好准备。
